The reception takes place on Monday, October 3, 2016 from 18:15 to 20:15 at the Swiss National Library. The director of the Swiss National Library, Marie-Christine Doffey, will welcome you! While enjoying drinks and snacks, you will be entertained by the Swiss Alphorn Trio.

The dinner takes place on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 starting at 19:00 at Bern Town Hall (Rathaushalle). The director of the Federal Office of Culture, Isabelle Chassot, will welcome you! Please note that this is a standing buffet, with limited seating available.
Bern's Town Hall was built from 1406 to 1415 in late gothic style and is still today the place where the parliament of the Canton Bern holds its sessions. During the dinner, you will be entertained by the accordionist Mario Batkovic.
The awards for Best Paper and Best Poster will be announced at the conference dinner and the winners will be presented with their prize.
