Meeting room rental

Please note that the online meeting room reservation is closed. 

iPRES 2016 offers the possibility to book a meeting room during the conference.

On Monday and Tuesday a meeting room at the conference center will be available for CHF 120.- per hour (or part of an hour) between 8am and 5pm. 
The room rental includes projector and screen as well as flipchart and free Wifi. The meeting room is for about 15 people.

Cost free meeting rooms may be booked at the Swiss National Library. Please inform us in your request, if you would like to meet there. 

Please include the following information within your request for a meeting room:

• Meeting name
• Name of the person responsible
• Phone number of the person responsible
• Email of the person responsible
• Numbre of attendees
• Date of the meeting
• Starting time
• Duration of the meeting

As we only have one room at your disposal we cannot guarantee that the room is available at your requested time. Therefore, please make sure to book as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation of your booking which you must present to the conference secretariat on site together with your payment. Your booking is only valid with this confirmation.

Please note that meeting rooms are not available for product demonstrations or parallel (unofficial) conference sessions.
