The conference will take place in Copenhagen, Denmark, from 21 to 25 September 2026, and will offer both in-person and virtual participation options. We warmly welcome contributions from researchers, practitioners, and organisations worldwide engaged in digital preservation.

We invite submissions in the following categories:
Full Papers In-depth research papers, technical papers, or case studies (max. 8 pages)
Short Papers Concise reports on work-in-progress or emerging topics (max. 4 pages)
Workshops Interactive, hands-on sessions focusing on tools, methods, or best practices
Tutorials Educational sessions or demonstrations designed to teach new skills or technologies, with clear learning outcomes; suitable for beginner to advanced levels
Panels Discussions focused on key issues or trends in digital preservation
Posters Visual presentations of projects or ideas, enabling one-on-one engagement

The submission deadline is March 9, 2026 (End of Day, Anywhere on Earth).
Additional calls for ad-hoc contributions such as Lightning Talks, Birds of a Feather sessions, Games, and the Digital Preservation Bake-Off will be shared around May 2026.
